| Georgia China Alliance held its first Founding Members
meeting August 25 at Troutman Sanders LLP. Board of directors Don
Johnson, Claire McLeveighn, Rick White, Guanming Fang, Wei Hu and
Thomas Williams attended the meeting and each gave GCA members a brief
of how the organization is structured, its mission, activity planning
and Web site review.
The purpose of this and future meetings is to give each founding
member an opportunity to learn more about the Alliance and each
other. Ms. Claire McLeveighn, the director of External and International
Affairs of Atlanta Mayor抯 office, recognized each founding member
company and its representative.
Mr. Dennis Kelly, president of Zoo Atlanta, shared the news about
our treasured panda bears and the Zoo抯 collaboration with its Chinese
counterparts.
The founding member list is continuously expanding with the great
interest from Georgia business. We will hold the Founding Members
meeting on a regular basis.
