Professional Experience

Lynn Yang is a Director in the transfer pricing practice of Deloitte Tax LLP. Lynn also leads Deloitte’s U.S. China Services Group in the Southeast.
With fifteen years of economic consulting and Big 4 experiences, Lynn specializes in assisting clients with global tax rationalization, transfer pricing planning, documentation, audit defense, Advance Pricing Agreements, cost sharing arrangements, intangible property transfer, intercompany services transactions, intercompany financing, and REIT transfer pricing matters. Her work has spanned a variety of industries, including investment advice, commercial and residential real property, software development and consulting, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals, construction machinery, and other sectors.

Lynn published articles in journals such as Journal of International Economics, Weltwirtschaftliches Archiv, International Journal of Technology Management, The Energy Journal, and Tax Planning International- Transfer Pricing and several book chapters. Lynn also published a number of newspaper articles in People’s Daily of China – Overseas Edition.

Lynn is a frequent speaker on U.S.-China transfer pricing matters in Deloitte’s client webcasts and conferences

Education, Academic, and Professional Qualifications

Lynn received her Ph.D. in economics from University of Colorado – Boulder and her MA and BA in Economics from People’s (Renmin) University of China.
